First of all you need the following ingredients: 1 cup creamed corn, 1 cup whole kernel corn, 1 stick margarine or butter, 1 cup sour cream, and 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix. You melt the margarine or butter in the casserole dish. Then you mix the remaining ingredients together and pour them into the casserole dish. Then you bake for 1 hour @ 400o F.
