How do you make difficult hair wavy What I mean by difficult is I have tried everything my friends have suggested to make it wavy. I have put mouse in it and scrunched then blow dried but nothing?

Tie your hair into a braid or two,and keep it on for several hours each day,sleep in braids if you can,so that the hair can ease up and you will see progress in several days.
If that is not working ,then straighten your hair before bed ,then tie as many braids as you can and sleep in them.Untie them in the morning and you will get wavy hair.
