What is the easiest way to defeat the elite four in Pokemon platnium?

It Depends. The first ever time round you fight them, my Pokemon were all level 48 (on entering) as I like a challenge, and I wiped the floor. My team:
Charizard - 50 Victreebel - 48 Hitmonlee - 48
Flamethrower Double Edge Brick Break
Slash Sunny Day Bulk Up
Fly Solarbeam Strength
Blastburn Seep Powder Rock Slide
Starmie - 48 Nidoking - 48 Persian - 48
Surf Megahorn Slash
Thunderbolt Surf Aerial Ace
Psychic Earthquake Faint Attack
Icebeam Brick Break Shadow Ball
I came out victorious, No deaths at all, and I got up 1-2 levels on each Pokemon. I used The fighting duo on ember path (one island) to train up to those levels.
For the second time round use 60+ (Mine were all 63 upon entering, still wiped the floor) And the only new move was Sludge Bomb on Victreebel instead of Double Edge.

∙ 12y agothere are two strategies that you might use. the first one is to train :D
the second one would be to use Pokemon with strong attack and special attack and don't forget defence.also for aaron use fire types, for bertha use grass types, for flint use water or ground, for lucian use ghost types but don't use gastly,haunter,and gengar because they are poison types.jpoe this helped!

∙ 12y agoTo get through the Pokemon league/elite four, in Pokemon SoulSilver you have to train your Pokemon to high levels. Once in high levels make sure they learn the right moves that are useful. Strong moves are useful, and be sure to stock up on medicines from the PokeMart!
