Making embroidered garments it's pretty difficult if you're going to do it by hand. If you're handy with sewing machines, you can buy a portable sewing & embroidery machine... BUT they are very expensive! There should be local shops around you that can embroider anything for you whether it's blankets, shirts, or bags. I hope this helped!
