To create custom models in the Frozen Throne World Editor, you need to use a combination of a model editor (like MDLX or Magos' Model Editor) and an image editor (like Photoshop or GIMP) for textures. First, design or modify a 3D model in the editor, ensuring it’s compatible with the Warcraft III file formats. Then, export the model and texture files, and import them into the World Editor using the "Import Manager." Finally, you can assign the model to units or buildings within your map.

Check that the maps are in the correct format and that they are saved in the same folder as your campaign file. Additionally, ensure that the maps have been properly linked in the campaign settings.

Obtaining gold and stone is the same as Age of Empires 2 without the expansion. You will have to mine it from gold or stone patches with a villager and have that villager place the stone or gold into a Mining Camp or the Town Center.
