Get allot of new and unused diaper's. Cut them open. Then take the cotton out. Put the cotton into a huge bag or a jar leaving room for shaking. Shake and shake then remove the cotton. Put it aside there should be little crystal looking things at the bottom. Repeat until you get like 2 cups and your done. Put it in a little amount of water at first and add more until u like how it feels. Then put salt in the water when your done. (i don't no if it works but people say it does)
