tell them your going outside to play and have your costume under your clothing
Well most children find trick-or-treating enjoyable and fun. Parents should let them have that enjoyment of getting dressed up and going from house to house to trick-or-treat. Plus you get free candy!
Because she thinks Its wrong. I only went trick or treating once in my life...
Either mope about it and do nothing, convince your parents to let you go, or figure out some kind of way to sneak out.
be good and don't missbehave and if they say no just keep goin on about it . but don't make them mad by doin it
There are a few dangers but best way to avoid them is to not let kids go trick-or-treating alone and only let them go into houses well-lit preferrably with halloween decorations or pumpkins; or houses with people you know. Keep them in well-lit areas of town/city and where other people may go trick-or-treating.
If you mother does not allow you to go trick or treating she may have concerns about your safety as there are frighting people who come and prey on Halloween. But if you are determined to go, dress up in a costume and sneak out as she won't recognize you that way, and suffer the consequences.
You can trust your parents when you realize that they truly love you and that is why they do what they do. If you love your parents then you would not let your friends trick you into doing things which can cause you hurt or pain.

Well in my opinion you should Trick o Treat on Saturday because kinds have school the next day and their parents probaly wont let them go out.
Halloween starts when the sun goes down in most areas. Or it can start as soon as your child is let out from school.
You don't "make" your parents do anything. They are your parents and have reasons why they don't want you to do things. Ask them the reasons.
