horse dung IS manure
Firstly, you will need 25 units of horse dung (that you can buy from the EC shop). When you have that, go to your meadows and click 'Make Manure from droppings'. Once you are on a page that says 'Start making manure' just click it. Once it is made, you can sell it at the shop for 190 each :-)
donkey manure does make a good ferilizer, but not as good as horse manure
I know you soak horse manure in water...then use the liquid as a natural fertilizer...but how long?

Well, they both make manure. If you mean what do you get if you cross a giraffe with a horse, the answer is nothing. It is not possible to breed those two animals.
Horse manure needs to be composted for about one year before it is safe to place around plants. You compost manure in mush the same way you would anything else. Once it reaches the consistency of dirt then it's safe to use. Most people seem to have their own 'recipes' for composts.

Ontario has new rules about manure storage in horse farms that are medium to small sized. They call for a manure storage building that is simple, inexpensive yet effective. It must prevent contamination of surface and groundwater. Proper composting should be done, so as to make the manure more useful in crop production as well.

They sometimes do without harm, but they could contract parasites from the manure, such as worms. It may be an indication of a dietary need, so report it to your Veterinarian. On the lighter side: It does nothing for their breath.
