There are a lot of things it might be. Go see a doctor. In the mean time, just try to relax a little bit more before going to bed, go to bed earlier, don't do anything other than trying to sleep and don't get up once you are down.
i got it down to 1hp and put it to sleep. then throw ultra balls. (you can throw dusk balls but they work better at night.)
