Example of being unique: If you are the cousin of someone famous, and have memorabilia of them, you might make some money selling it.

Or if you are an artist selling genuine originals that you paint or sculpt or craft at home.

Example of unique position: You are a caterer or quiltmaker of average ability. But in your town where there is only one company to work at, your husband is the hiring manager. Somehow, there are many orders for your "product".

Or build a website based on your any specialist knowledge or hobby, whatever it is.

Or make things and sell them on eBay.
