The iMac keyboard has brightness keys - on the current model on the F1 and F2 keys. The screen can be calibrated by selecting Displays within System Preferences, then clicking the Color button and the Calibrate... button. This will talk you through the screen calibration.

∙ 11y agoIf you have a Mac keyboard the F2 button brightens the screen. If you do not have a Mac keyboard click System Preferences > Display > Display Tab and slide the brightness slider all the way to the right.

∙ 10y agoMost Apple computers have a small key at the top of the keyboard that has a symbol like a little sun on it. Pressing this and the key next to it brighten or darken the screen.
