you need pmd editor (and several tutorials XD)
If you are using the regular MMD (miku miku dance) you cant but if you are using a multi model edition of MMD you can download new models.
To add models to MikuMikuDance (MMD), first, ensure you've downloaded the model files, usually in .pmx or .pmd format. Place these files in the "Models" folder within your MMD installation directory. Then, launch MMD and click on "File," followed by "Load," to select and import your new model into the program. Finally, you can position and animate the model as desired.
If you are using the multi model edition of MMD you can just open your MMD → go to the red box (down to the left that says 'model manipulation') → click 'load' → it will aoutomaticlly open your models folder (where there are Rin, Len and others) → click on the model you want to use → then click 'load' = you have loaded a new model.
This is a make from the dance 'The Dougie". This new dance was made by The Rejectz.
I have seen some new in the box on Ebay and Amazon; there are torrents for her software too, but I think Megurine Luka is better because she can sing clear English. (In 2011 there is going to be a English Miku coming out!)

Bobby Valintino started jazz dance to make a new dance style
To use the Miku Vocaloid 2 software, first install the program on your computer and launch it. Create a new project and input your melody and lyrics using the software's interface, which allows you to adjust parameters like pitch, timing, and dynamics. You can then select Hatsune Miku as the vocal voice and make further adjustments to customize the performance. Finally, export the completed track as an audio file to share or use in your projects.
It is the best selling computer in the world. Of course they will make new models.
Not a doll, but a life size statue of Miku (5 foot 2 inches tall) was featured in a Vocaloid exhibit at the entrance of New Chitose Airport, Sapporo, Japan for the Sapporo Winter Festival. The exhibit ended on 12 Feb. 2012. Google "hatsune miku life size statue" for pictures. At the Winter Festival itself there were a number of Miku related ice sculptures of varying sizes.
