You cant play halo reach in third person. If you do see someone playing in third person on youtube, it means that there watching match that was already played. You can watch in third person but you cant play in third person.

No and there never will be. The idea of zombies in a Halo game already exists, Infection and the flood. The possibility of being able to play as the flood in a future Halo game is not impossible, though.
