Ok, if you want your character to speak on plazma burst 2
press enter and then a bar will show up at the bottom of the screen and then you type that you want to say and then press enter.

How to talk in-game: Press enter and type in (i.e: " Hello! How are you all? :D ) and when you finish what you want to write, press enter again.
