I think you mean .GIF, that's what you call 'moving pictures'. You either download them or make them yourself. Just search up on YouTube how you make GIFs, but if you don't own Photoshop you can google sites that will make the GIFs for you or download the program Photoscape.
To make a collage of gifs, you can use the AppCrawlr.

A site where you can make your own gifs
Pictures that move are called GIFs (Graphics Interchange Format) or videos. They can be used to add motion and visual interest to digital content.
JPEGs are not video files, only pictures. GIFs are a series of pictures set to "animate," you probably mean GIFs. As for converting GIFs to AVIs or MPGs, I'm not so sure it can be converted directly (as in, choose file, click button, convert, done type of thing).
I have an iPhone and it will not save gifs to my camera roll so I don't think it is possible.

To add GIFs and pictures to your Quotev account, you can use the image URL in your posts or stories. First, upload your GIF or picture to an image-hosting site like Imgur, then copy the direct link. In your Quotev content editor, use the image icon to paste the URL, or for GIFs, you can use the embed code if supported. Make sure to preview your post to ensure the images display correctly before publishing.
Pictures can show movement when made into Graphics Interchange Format or as we usually call it GIF. GIFs are bitmap image formats that support animation so they can make pictures ''move''. You can do that by going to various sites online which specialize in turning pictures into GIFs.
