How do you make sims get married in sims?

You need to have a woman and man sim you are in love (red heart) and engaged. To engage two sims, play as the man sim and click on the woman sim. Click propose and then click engagement. To marry two sims you can have a party or you can have a private wedding. For a wedding party you will need

1. Wedding arch

2. Food table

3. table to sit at

4. if you want to you can get the bartender, to get the bartender you go to the phone, click call then servise, and then click on bartender.

For a private wedding all you need to do is play as the male sim and click on the woman sim, click propose then click marrige. If you play as the woman sim and do this the man sim will have the same last name as the girl instead of the other way around.

TIP: IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP AND THAT OPTION IS AVALIBLE THE YWILL BE LEFT AT THE ALTER

Or... you could just go to sim creations and go to the linking thing and drag one sim to the other sim and click - spouse of (there name) it's easy!

First you create two sims. Then you have to make these sims friendly with each other. There is a cheat for this to make it go faster but you don't really need it. But here it is:Go to your selected neiborhood

Then hit in Ctrl Shift C

Then type in boolprop 'TestingCheatsEnabled true' (exactly like that but without quotes)

then go to your desired house hold and selct your desired sim

left click on that sim while holding down Shift

click spawn

click tombstone of L & D

a tombstone will appear: click it

then click 'make friendly with everyone

Voila! They are friendly! Now you can make them interact and after a few times there will be the option of propose engagement. Make them do that. And then there will be another option of propose marriage. You can click that and they will be Married!CAUTION: remember that if their fear is to get married or engaged their aspiration will go down.

If they have a high enough relationship, have one of the Sims propose then you can either have in informal wedding (click get married) and they will just exchange rings, or you can go into buy mode and purchase a wedding arch, champagne, cake and decorations arrange them to how you want and invite some guests over for the event, then just click on the wedding arch and the wedding happens automatically.
