Get a male and female sim both relaxing on a bed, and click on the sim you aren't controlling. It will say "try for baby", and if you can't see it, click on more. "try for baby" automatically makes your female sim pregnant and you cannot travel, go to university, go to work, etc, and your female sim will feel nauseous from the pregnancy.

Yes, you canif you have the Twallan Mastercontroller and cheat mods, you can pollinate a man or a teen. Their body will disappear during the pregnancy but this can be done.
