Tools on Roblox

To make a tool on Roblox you must have scripting knowledge. First decide what kind of tool you want; and actual tool or a hopper bin. Then click insert>Object and select the desired tool type. Then insert a script into the tool and create whatever you want!

First open the Roblox Studio. Select the "insert" tab on the topmost taskbar and click the insert button. Insert a tool or hopperbin(depending on if you want to be holding something for the tool or not). Then select the object in the explorer and insert a script. Then script the tool/weapon to do whatever you want!

In studio, without anything selected go to the Insert drop-down menu (next to file, edit, view) (not next to tools, fullscreen etc.). Double click tool (or some tools work with hopperbin). Tools have a part in them called "Handle" (spell like that). Handle is the "face" of the tool, the thing you see your character holding. For the rest, you can add in scripts and stuff. You may use the stack of free bricks near your house, but i recommend editing your place in Roblox Studio.

Go to tools in roblox studio. Go to "Tools and Weapons". Click on any item you want, and it will ask you if you want to insert it into the starterpack. Click yes, and you will start with it.
