you cannot get super speed. only the flight power. defeat: crusher, copycat, ratman, sir rebral, and speeding spike to gain this power. then go up to the old super hero and he wil tel you to look in the phone booth. u answer the phone and you will gain the power to fly! like I said. you do not gain the power of speed.
