In a 1995 Ford F-250 with a 7.3 Power Stroke diesel engine, the engine control module (ECM), often referred to as the computer, is typically located on the driver's side of the engine bay. It is mounted on the inner fender well, near the battery. Accessing it may require removing some components for better visibility.
Try a new battery, or get a jump start. Sometimes there is not enough power in the battery to start the engine.
