Note down the time as well as the current time speed you're running with, then close the game. Open your clock, and turn the time forward a few hours. Then open your game and check if your babies have grown the needed amount. Note that this will "speed up" ALL of your game, as you simply just push the time. If you turn back the clock to normal afterwards, you will get some very strange glitches in the game. Best that can be recommended is to turn your clock back a week, start a new game, and adjust your clock a few hours forward every so often (game MUST be shut down for it to work) to speed up time.
There is one way to speed up the process but its risky. Ok you can change the time on your computer but keep your game on and quit the game then go back on and the baby is let go but some of your villagers might die from starvation if you dont have a lot of food. Trust me i have killed15 of my people so dont get to cocky like i did
