How do you make the chicken wings tasty from the inside but crusty from the outside?

Make sure the wings are rinsed well and slightly moisten with water.
Place two cups of flour in a large ziplock bag along with 1 teaspoon of each of the following spices.
Garlic powder
Onion powder
white pepper
celery salt
Paprika
Drop wings into bag and shake well to coat wings.
Using deep fryer on high, place wings into hot oil.
While wings are cooking get a large bowl and mix
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup hot sauce (or more)
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
When wings are crispy brown and excess oil is shaken off dump the wings into bowl with coating and mix well to coat the wings.
Place wings into 300F preheated oven while you make more.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing
