At Sully's, the terminal indicates that it needs a steam pressure of 5. Using the Steam battery, which has a base pressure of 10, you need the connectors to equal -5 (10-5=5). Shift the path of the connectors away from the +2 and +1 valves, and toward the -1 and -2 valves. You should only have to move three or four to get the proper -5 in the indicator dial.
You just get the codes (on the other cheats) and enter them in.
you ask sprocket to help.
You gotta connect the pipes together to make it to the other pipe but you gotta work fast
This was a glitch in poptropica that they forgot to make a way for you to get out. If you have haunted house island or something like that, just go there and exit to go back to steamworks, where it will take you back to Main St.
after trying to do it ask him and he will say need any help and then he will then you stand on the pad
make the two big circles touch the one that are already there and then make the tiny ones touch those ones
its so easy there is a chart with the number of each you need but no red the total is 9 it goes 3 blue ,2 green and 4 red
There is one part of the island where you use it to break glass to make an escape route because the entrance you originally came through you can't get back out of because of a thing that fires water at you. Hope this helped! :)
The small connectors inside the Steam Generator let you change the input pressure of 10, raising or lowering it by including different valves. For Sully's and the Living Quarters, it is a lower pressure, for the Bridge it is higher. So you will have to change the steam path to include as many of the +2 connections as you can. When the total on the dial below says +6, it will raise the pressure to 16 and open the bridge. Work from left to right, moving into the +2 connectors, but make sure that you still have a path to the right side.
The robot crab found by the Living Quarters entrance can only be cracked open by falling from a height. You will need to reboot the robot Sprocket, who is in Sully's paraphernalia shop. Use Sully's key to open the door (use the steam generator and make the connectors equal -5). Ring the bell to wake up Sprocket. Now when you use the crab at the overheated hatch (at the Hub), Sprocket will lift him up and drop him on it.
A short description of how the Steam Battery works on Steamworks island --- The small connectors running between the left and right sides set the pressure. The input is 10 (psi or whatever) and you have to change that to fit the door you are trying to open. For Sully's door, the output has to be 5, for the bridge 16, and for the Living Quarters 7. That means that the "total change" for all of the connectors has to modify the input by that amount. Sully's door -- total change on the bottom meter is -5 Bridge control -- total change on the bottom meter is +6 Living Quarters -- total change on the bottom meter is -3 You change the total by rotating the valve connectors to include or exclude connectors from the path. For example, you need more "negative" valves for Sully or the Living Quarters, and more "positive" values (most of the +2) to bring the pressure up for the Bridge. You can practice rotating the pipes, but try to work from left to right to avoid having a disconnected (open) path. Once you see how the rotation of one pipe changes the pressure, you can revert it, or continue to make other changes down the line, moving up or down from the central pathway. When you have the right total change (-5, +6, or -3), press the steam release at upper left, or close to start over.
The starting pressure is 10 and you want to get to 7 so the dial should say -3.--A short description of how the Steam Battery works on Steamworks island :The small connectors running between the left and right sides set the pressure.
