∙ 14y agoWith my experience, I would have to say that you just have to be lucky. Ive been with Neopets for almost seven years, and only twice can I remember getting A SMALL CHUCKLE out of him. It changes for everyone, just like the Wise Old King. One person got a B for the same thing I got less than a F- for.
