You must invent the plot yourself. A romance story should have conflict between the characters, some sort of outside hindrance that will keep them apart until the last minute, and powerful emotions. Your characters should be vivid and realistic.
A twisted plot, shady characters, tragedy, romance and things down that road.

The plot often focuses on their emotional connection, personal growth, and ultimately, their journey towards a happy ending or resolution in their relationship.

The plot of a novel refers to the sequence of events that make up the story. On the other hand, the storyline involves the overall narrative arc or direction of the plot, including how events are connected and contribute to the main themes or conflicts of the story. In essence, the plot is what happens in the novel, while the storyline is the underlying structure that ties it all together.
There is no one single plot in the novel Sailor Song. Set sometime after the turn of the 21st century in a small Alaskan village, the entire novel is a series of small subplots that together make up the whole of the book.
