well, to get the volleyball lower you just have to do the complete hand movement.. finish it all... 180 degree hand movement.
YOu can spike in volleyball when you hit the ball down on the opposite team.
you run, throw the ball up and jump and hit the ball, it gives you more power in your hit, but it can sometimes be difficult to learn and get it down right. if you try it, make sure that you don't make a foot fault!
you hve to hit the ball with a downward motion :)
Gravity has to do with volleyball because when you hit the ball up into the air, gravity forced the ball to come back down so a team mate, or the opposing team can hit it.
You hit the ball to the other side of the net and make it hit the ground
If you hit the volleyball with your hand you can make it have more force and can control the direction of it. If you hit it with the wrist or some other part of the arm, then you won't have much force with the ball and cant control where it goes to make the other team miss that ball you spiked.
When hitting or spiking a volleyball, a player "snaps" his/her wrist in order to hit the ball harder and more downward. This is done by "breaking" the wrist immediately after the ball is hit.
It is a ball that has been hit more than three times.
A hit is the same thing as a spike, where you flick your wrist to make it face the floor, pushing the ball to the floor.
A spike is a fast offensive hit to a specific spot in volleyball.
when ever the volleyball happens to hit the floor it will count against u
