ok, first of all when you are in love with someone and they are your romantic interest, boyfriend/girlfriend, or husband/wife you have to own a GIRL SIM and when you convince him to "Try for a Baby" you have to be the one that clicks that interaction. it worked with mine and I proved it because I tried the "Try for a Baby" controlling my boy sim and I came out with a boy and I tried this two times on each gender. hope I answered your question(:

If you want a boy buy an apple or adopt a boy !
The last option that is 100 percent certain is to go to the shower 5 times non stop :)

∙ 14y agoLike real life, sadly you cannot decide on the sex of your baby. However, I have noticed when I play that occasionally i will have a streak of all boys, but a little girl will come eventually!

∙ 12y agoIn The Sims 3 you can't make a baby with two women but you can still have a relationship and get married to a woman. If you really want a baby for them, you can use your phone and adopt a baby. Hope this helps :)
