I can't remember exactly how, but I think there was a way to modify the terrain in such a way that you could rise water levels in specific areas.
Have a play around in the terrain editor and the tools for modifying terrain.
If not, sorry, I'm trying to figure this out too.

You can explore the open-world known as a sandbox game...Complete Combat Missions..You can use the sandbox to make tornadoes and stuff like that..I suggest you get Crysis. :P

Yes it will work, I did it. Just make sure everything is on low.
There are Dell Studio noebook models that can play Crysis. The Studio 15 can play it and the Dell 1730. The problem with playing on a notebook is overheating so make sure the fan isn't blocked.
