If you mean online, it's a technical glitch. I think the webkinz world people have fixed it by now. If you mean offline, the whiskers are drooping because they are wet.

You can also make a new cute outfit by getting the Cow Boy theme items for your pet! That's what I did to make my pet the most styling pet around!
