if you want to evolve eevee into umbreon level it to level 30 or 31 once you get it up there give it lots of vitamins. or go to the haircutting brothers in the underground place in goldenrod. One charges 300$ and the other charges 500$.you can also go to daisy in pallet town she gives your eevee haircuts to. if you want to see if your eeve is about to evolve go to a girl in goldenrod near the bicycle shop her house is right near it. like people said you want to level it at night heres an easier way go to the settings of your ds dsi or dsixl change the time to 9:00 then battle one more time after your eevee is level 30 or 31 it should evolve into umbreon. hope i helped
