First you need to be a friend of the facebook person and then go and open the profile picture in the person's profile picture' file. Go to the bottom of the picture and download the picture. When the picture opens, right click on mouse and save photo in a new word document. Right click on that photo and "save as" photo to your file, say desk top. Double click on photo in desktop, right click and "open as" "microsoft office 2010". Go to "edit Pictures" and click on "resize" The rest is common sense.
