Why on earth would you want to do that? You should NEVER EVER make a dog aggressive towards other people. Dogs usually act aggressive because they are afraid, and is a way of defending itself. Why would you like to have a dog who is terrified of people? Besides the fact that a scared dog will not protect you; if worked up enough they will often turn their aggression on the owner eventually. A dog with strong character or good confidence has no reason to be aggressive towards people as people are no threat to the dog whatsoever. Some dogs will naturally defend their owners from a perceived threat, but to assume a dog will do this is unfair. As the dog's carer and owner, it is the owner's job to protect the dog, not the other way around.

The last line "As the dog's carer and owner, it is the owner's job to protect the dog, not the other way around" is totally true not only on responsibility but also because anybody handling the dog should be higher in rank. The only way of having a good relation with a dog is to take the leadership.
