install optifine and play around with the settings. you can also allocate more memory to java. and you can turn the sound off. and you can update your java
The FPS depends on your computer, not Minecraft itself. However, the maximum FPS Minecraft can reach is 1700.

Minecraft isn't FPS ( It's a sandbox). There is none.

Spell Fps right next time :) If I were you, either get a better graphics card for your computer, or download a mod called Optifine. This mod modifies Minecraft to give you certain options to help improve your framerate.
You may not have a good enough video card or not enough FPS for minecraft to be playable on.
It shows you the fps, your position (x, y, and z), and the CPU usage.
I would suggest making your own computer. It can be a little expensive but its definitely worth the time and the money. If you don't know how to build a computer there are many great tutorials online that can show you.
If you only get 1 fps when using shaders, the reason is likely that your computer isn't powerful enough to run shaders. If this is the case, consider lowering graphics settings. If not, try reinstalling shaders and Minecraft.
