You can't make her spend more time with you. Generally, there is a fine line of spending a good quantity of time with someone while being able to maintain other relationships--it is a hard thing to measure. Also, you need to do the same--maintain other friendships as well and plan for interesting outings--not necessarily expensive--where you and your girl can get to know each other better.
