Use a stronger/better shampoo. If that doesn't work, you can stick talc in your hair, but you need to work out how much to put in without making your hair white, but still absorb the grease.

Shampoo daily, using a shampoo for oily hair, and use conditioner only on the ends. But one of the most effective ways may be using cool water for the final rinse. When you use warm water, it opens the pores more, and also stimulates the oil production. On the other hand, cool water will help close the pores, and will help decrease the oil production.
As for the above answer suggesting the use of talc, you can also use cornstarch. But with either of them, you leave it in for just a few minutes, then brush it out.
