How do you make your moshi monster talk in public?

If you mean on the streets (e.g. sludge street) then there are several objects/animals that you can click on that make your moshi comment. Unfortunately you cant type in text, but you can do that on your notice board or on the forums

Unfortunately, on Moshi Monsters you can't tell your monster what to say but you can click on stuff to make your monster speak
