Well what I did is I asked everyone I knew who had read Warriors. Everyone that went to my school that is. Most of them joined Thunderclan, a couple didn't though. I now have a good, strong, healthy, big clan. I have about 20 people in my clan. Also you can not let them all be warriors. Make some kits, apprentices, queens. Also make sure you choose a good loyal deputy. You can also ask people who haven't read Warriors to play, but make sure they begin as apprentices and make sure their mentors are very well experienced warriors. I am a very successful leader.
