How can you get your parakeet to trust you?

well first you have to let the bird get use to the enviorment first then you have to cut the birds wings the way you do that is by putting the bird in a towel to calm the bird down then cut his wings of now the bird cant fly so you can leave it out the cage .you have to talk to the bird let it get use to you then youll be on your way on having a loving bird
