How do I convince my parents to move my family to LA
Not without parents permission or emancipation by the court.
Parents have the right to make a child move out after he attains 18 years of age.
The emancipation age in LA is 18 years old. That is the age when someone becomes an adult and is responsible for everything he does and not the parents. However, people can take longer and move out of their parents' homes when they are ready.
There is really no way to legally make that work out. Until you are 18, your parents continue to be responsible and make the decisions.
Being pregnant does not make you an adult. You are still the responsibility of your parents. You may be able to move out, but only if your parents allow it.
It depends how old you are.
Proof to them that is better there than here.
You are a minor until you turn 18 and your parents are authorized to make decisions for you. Pregnancy does not change this.
Jim's parents move to Paris.
Yes can move out, because the police can NOT make you go back home they can tell you your parents want you back But can NOT oblicate you to go back home.
The move to LA is planned for November
Yes, if they get the permission of the parents. Until the age of majority the parents are responsible and make the decisions.
