I did the same exact thing (creating a separate playlist and adding songs to it rather than adding songs to the "My Profile Playlist" on the My Music page. Its very simple to fix this.
After doing what the previous person said before me, like editing your account so that it would play music when people will first go onto your profile, go to the My Music page and then to your playlist page. You should generally see this list of songs on your playlist. Now just click and drag each song to the tab that says "My Profile Playlist" on the far left hand side and when it says "...add single song or create playlist" click the playlist one. Everything should all be there, and I think that there is a 10 song limit but I'm not totally sure. Hope this answers your question! : D

I have a music MySpace page and I put the playlist code so it is on my MySpace and it works but it doesn't automatically start playing you have to click it or it says error downloading music help?

On my MySpace page, my song does infact automatically play. What you have to do is click on "edit profile", go to the option Song & Video (or something of that sort). When it loads, it will bring up many options avaible to you. Such as automatically play my song, simply check the box and save your changes. Then click veiw profile to make sure it worked, if I doesn't automatically start, try logging out then type your MySpace URL in the scroll bar. It should work then. NO! Myspace sucks, Facebook rocks. Myspace allows you to create a profile. Whoop-dee-do. Facebook allows you to create a profile, play social games, and much more. So technically its like Facebook with less features.
