During create a sim under basics you will be able to change the sims name (first and last), age, skin color, WEIGHT, muscle size, muscle tone, and for female sims, breast size. Hoped this helped! :)

∙ 13y agoYou can either create a skinny Sim in CREATE A SIM by adjusting the move-able rectangle to the skinniest possible or do lots of exercise (the whole day) and do not let your Sim near that fridge until he/she is starving. Give the Sim an autumn salad or something healthy and something to drink. Also make sure your Sim has plenty of sleep!
