It's sort of impossible in my books without using a cheat. If you enter "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" (without speech marks), you can alternatively hold down shift then click your sim, and there are lots of answers. Just look through until you find "Make vampire" and voila! A brand new blood-sucking sim :)

You cant change a sim automatically into a pregnant vampire but you can make a vampire pregnant. ill explain.... To turn into a vampire, you need Sims 2 Nightlife. Go downtown and meet a vampire and build up your lifetime relationship with them up to 50 or over. If you hang out with him long enough, he'll bite you. the next thing you have to do is to get your new vampire sim and the vampire that bit you to fall in love by building up their relationship even more to 100. After they are in love, get them to try for a baby in a bed, hot tub etc. throughout the pregnancy make sure your sim stays a vampire otherwise if your sim is a human when she has the baby, the baby will be human too. after the vampire baby is born, its up to you what you do with those sims...
