If your trying to replace your parents as so you become the administrator, you gota know the password if there is one and then you can do stuff like as if your are administrator.
If you are a child trying to become admin when one your parents is admin, there is most likely a reason for that.
So i am not saying how you can bypass the admin account as if you are a child, i do not want you to succeed on becoming admin and then reck the pc
if you are a kid, unless you have permission from a parent or carear or whoever, leave admin tasks to the grownups
Yes. But make sure to run as Administrator.
Default administrator password of windows vista is blank. That means write administrator in Username field and leave password field blank and hit Enter you .will able to log in to your computer. But if you forget you administrator password which you set earlier then use windows vista password recovery software to reset it.
Test to "run as a administrator"
You should be able to install it normally I dont see why Vista would stop you. Make sure your in your Administrator account and that you have enough space on your hard drive to install it.
yes you can but you need to run as administrator
Wherever it is defined by the administrator.
Certain things can be downloaded.
You can search for the registry. When you see it, right click on it and run as an administrator. After doing this, you should be able to make changes.
"Administrator" is a built in account that comes with Vista. What it sounds like you are trying to do is change the name of your account to "administrator" or create a new account called "administrator" but that name is already taken by the built-in account - you can't have two accounts with the same name, even if one is called"Administrator" and the other is called "administrator". You should be able to create a new account and assign administrator privileges to it in Vista. You can even call it something close to "Administrator" - something like "administrator1" would probably work. You should also be able to change the name of the built-in account, but the name "administrator" may still be reserved and not available for you to use even if you change the name of the built-in Administrator account. I'm not at a Vista machine where I can test it out.If the problem is an inability to create an administrator TYPE of account, then you are faced with a different problem and something is wrong with the OS
Left click and go to "run as administrator" :]
you download it normally, like you would with any other OS. Just make sure when you run the application, run it as Administrator.
Yes, Run it as administrator and update PB
