Well first of all, I hope you are not asking this so that you can do it and become deaf. I really hope this is not why you are asking this. Being able to hear and listen is a gift. If you are deaf, you cannot listen to music, you cannot hear the tornado sirens when you should take cover, you cannot hear you children call your name, you cannot hear your spouse say "I love you" so please do not try to become deaf if you have hearing. But ways that you can damage your hearing is by listening to your music too loud, epically if you have an iPod or something like that. Also, a lot of pilots who fly fighter jets have trouble hearing. People who work in loud places, such as factories, often have damaged their ability to hear.
Additional Information:I can tell you from experience. Sticking things in your ears and trying to break your eardrum will not make you deaf. Because of bad ear infections, my eardrum developed a big hole in it that wouldn't heal. I had surgery. They constructed a new eardrum. I suffered more hearing loss from the surgery than from the original tear. It's years later and the eardrum has broken again. I don't want to bother with the surgery again. Do you think I'm deaf? Nope. I have tinnitus, which is an annoying ringing in my ears - day and night for twenty years. I have "moderate" hearing loss in one ear. I'm hard of hearing. Nothing cool about being hard of hearing. I have to keep asking people to repeat things and I feel foolish, stupid and old. If you're thinking about listening to loud music for long periods of time ... that'll do it, but not now. Later, when you're middle-aged, you'll be hard of hearing, not deaf. By then you'll have forgotten why you wanted to do this to yourself. The only immediate effects you'll get from that are temporary. You're better off addressing the issue of why you feel you want to be deaf. What is wrong in your life that you feel you have to maim yourself to cope with things.Another way is not to use earplugs when you should. This will take longer than above, but its cumulative effect is guaranteed.
(Obviously, DON'T try either!)
Yes. You'll have to buy one of those naval air horns to make yourself heard.

no
No.
You almost certainly can't scream yourself deaf. Even the loudest of us would have a hard time generating the sound energy needed to damage his own hearing that much without mechanical or electronic assistance. Please don't try to prove that it can be done. It just isn't worth it.
No, thunder is sound. It can make you deaf, but not blind.
