Water or milk. Water: sometimes the body thinks it is hungry, when in fact it is just wanting water. Milk: this makes you feel full.
you may think your hungry when you see someone eating, but most of the time you probably aren't. Your brain just sends out signals to make you think you are hungry when you see some food which you like, but very often your not. so just try to over come the temptation! :D
Because if you eat healthy you feel more energetic, if you eat unhealthy you feel good but 20 minutes later your hungry again.
Comfort eating is when a person doesn't necessarily eat when there hungry but to make them feel good. Its usually high calorie foods. Some even take this when they've had a bad day or feel lonely. Unfortunately it has been linked to binge eating at times.
You feel hungrier on rainy days because you're bored .When you're bored, the human instinct is to participate in their pastime, eating. Case closed.
People may have probelms eating for emotional reasons (food may make them feel comforted or happier), they are still hungry, or due to an underlying medical condtion.

You won't really know if you have an eating disorder. The only way you could tell was to talk to about it to your doctor or someone who knows about eating habits. If your eating something and you don't feel hungry then your just eating out of habit. It's not a good habit so try breaking it!
