You can Sync your iPod to iTunes by inserting the iPod into your computer. If iTunes does not autmatically open up. Then open iTunes you should see your iPod in the sidebar. If you can't post a message on my profile. Now you can sync your iPod (if it works)
plug your ipod to the computer, open itunes, select Music and manually transfer the song to the ipod
The short answer is no. There is no current way to manually update itunes. If the automatic update isn't working, uninstall itunes, and download the newest version off of the website.
plug in the iPod, open iTunes and click on sync. if that doesn't work, manually drag the music files from your library to your iPod icon on the left-hand bar
It is becuase you need to open your itunes and it will sync automatically, if not, sync it manually by pressing sync in the ipod tab. You can also tick the box that says "open itunes when ipod is plugged in" It's something like that. Hope this helps.
If it does not open, try restarting your computer. If it still does not open, delete that iTunes and redownload iTunes 9 from Apple's website.
Open itunes and plug in your ipod, click on the ipod in itunes and along the top will be tabs, there will be one that says "Photos" click that ad then you will have the option to do it manually or sync and this is where you choose what folders of photos you want to upload :)

The best way to remove duplicate iTunes files is to manually delete them on the computer. This entails going through an entire playlist and manually deleting each duplicate entry.
