You will be able to see videos that are recommended to you after a video ends, or by looking at the right side section of a video page. To have recommended videos appear though, you must enable your search history and your watch history.
go to my videos and playlists. check/mark the video you want to delete. click actions and a list should appear. click delete. it will give you a warning. click continue and your video will be permanently deleted. i hope that's all you asked for. :)
