I myself am really good at no scoping on cod4 and i got good at it by simply practicing. Like the old fashion saying "practice makes perfect" is the thing to do in this case. The longer you play the more you'll get use to no scoping. There is no answer for "how to no scope" really. Everyone learns themselves.
