get a measuring tape preferably the ones that are made out of fabric so they're easy to bend and wear a bra that has the least padding. wrap the tape around your band PARALLEL to the ground (make sure the tape doesn't go higher in the back or anything like that). your band size is the number that it is the most comfortable yet form fitting to your body. if it's an odd number add one inch.
for example my band size was 27 so i rounded it to 28
next measure your bust at the most prominent point of your breasts (ie the area that sticks out the most) so you'll get the highest number. make sure the tape is also parallel to the ground (measuring at the bust is most difficult to get it parallel. i found my tape would slip up on one side or droop down in the back). fit the tape tightly but also comfortably. same as the band, if you get an odd number, round up.
mine was 31 so i didn't need to round up.
if there is a 1 inch diff between the band and cup for example band is 30 and cup is 31, you are an A
2 inches - B
3 - C
4 - D
and so forth to 11 inches which is K
oh and most places in the US will replace an E cup with a DD and a F cup with a DDD for some reason. i guess for psychological purposes? i have no idea why
MY SIZE: because my band was 28 inches (rounded up to the even number) and the bust was 31 inches, I am a 28C. 28 for the band and C because 31 - 28 = 3.
You can go to Victoria Secret and they measure you...
The most common way to measuring for a correct bra size, is first measure the length across the rib cage directly below the bust. When measure directly across the center of the bust. the difference between the two indicates the cup size.
A flexible tape measure will be steatched across your bust line to determine your size. get your breasts measured either before you got to buy a bra or at the shop were you buy one
You can know a woman's bra size by asking her. If you do not think it is appropriate to ask her for her bra size, then her bra size is probably none of your business.
This will depend on many factors, but if you can measure the band, that would be your number. If you can fit the bra band on someone or something and stuff the cups to be full, you can measure the center of the cup. Subtract the band measurement from the cup measurement. For every inch you add a cup size. 1"=A, 2"=B, 3"=C, etc. Of course this is assuming the bra is new and is not stretched out of shape. If your trying to find out a persons bra size I recommend they get a custom fitting (not a department store fitting) to find the correct size.
Someone can only tell you your bra size if you get someone in a bra fitting store to measure your breasts with your bra on.
You could measure it. if there are tags on the bra that tell you, then look for it.
you can get a bra measure from primark
Measure her.
You measure the rim around your butt. then you take away 6 inches. that's your bra size!
ask someone you trust to measure you (they have to know how to measure) and when there done the math that's your size!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In order to make sure that a 34B bra is your size, you should get a professional to fit you for a bra, retailers like Marks and Spencer offer bra fittings and can measure you to make sure that it is the right size for you.
U can go 2 the bra department of a store and ask the lady that works in the department to have someone measure u and they will measure u over your shirt and they will tell u what your size is.
All you have to do to find out your bra size is go to any bra and underwear shop, get your self fitted and buy a bra of your size.
Measure around your ribs below your breast to get your rib size. Then measure around your chest over your nipples to get your chest size. Subtract the rib number from the chest size. Finally your bra size is your ribe number an cup letter.
well ,if you dont have any then you cant measure anything. but if you do,it is the same as measuring a womans
