How do you meet another millsberry?

You cannot "meet" another person on Millsberry (as in chatting to them). The closest thing to this that you can do is add them as a buddy. To do this you can either go to your house and click the "meet the neighbours" sign at the top of the screen, or on the left-hand side of any Millsberry column search a username or buddy name in the "find a buddy" search bar.
The benefits of having a buddy is that you can send them postcards (which have set topics such as Happy Birthday, Merry Christmas etc), send them gifts (and vice versa), and you can have quick access to them under the heading "My Buddies" (also on the left-hand column).
